Closed Loop Servo Control System

Grizzly closed loop servo control system has a unique smart computerized control with high sensitivity to the minor change while in operation and provide adequate feedback signal. When the door is facing the strong wind, and the pressure is increasing, the door will slow down. At the moment, the closed loop servo control system will send a signal to compensate the motor power so as to remain the normal speed under the loading allowances.

Normally, the temperature of motor is tend to rise when in heavy operation and decreases the damping coefficient of motor. Generally, there will be lost control over the slow speed and increase the chance of bumping. But in the closed loop servo control system it will extend the deceleration point of opening and closing and relocated by detection to ensure the door moves at precisely 5cm slow-down point. This high technology will always keep the door avoiding bumping trouble and operated smoothly.
